Information on this page has been provided by the Owner or shelter that has possession of the named Akita and is presumed to be accurate by HOTCARES.  Anyone found to be deliberately misleading HOTCARES or potential adopters about the health or temperament of an Akita listed here will be removed and permanently banned from listing privileges with HOTCARES and its associated organizations.
